with high ceiling, in 9 storey Stalin epoch building. Breakfast upon request - 6 euros per person , or you prepare breakfast and dinner on your own in fully equipped kitchen. The owner doesnt mind people cooking. There are 5 groceries near by, and cheap cafe across the road-$10 per dinner
